SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: Mattel Legacy Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on 9/1/25 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on 9/22/25 ("Entry Period").

SPONSOR: Mattel, Inc., 333 Continental Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90245 (“Sponsor”).

ADMINISTRATOR: Ventura Associates International LLC, 494 Eighth Avenue, Suite 1700, New York, NY 10001 (“Administrator”).

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (void in Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older (or who have reached the age of majority in their state of primary residence, whichever is older) at time of entry, and who meet the eligibility requirements detailed in this section. The Sweepstakes and any Website (as defined below) pages and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing within the United States only. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, Target Brands, Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) and Universal City Studios LLC d/b/a Universal Studios Hollywood (“Universal Studios Hollywood”), collectively (“Universal”), and their respective, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers of promotion materials and services, and any other entity engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of the immediate family or household (whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible. ("Immediate family" means spouse and parents, grandparents, siblings and children and their spouses, whether or not residing with the ineligible individual.) Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and where prohibited or restricted by law.

ENTRY METHOD: Visit https://sweeps.mattel.com (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and follow all instructions to complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry in its entirety (“Entry(ies)”).

Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Limit: one entry per person, per email address per day regardless of whether one person has more than one email address or more than one person uses the same email address. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

Neither the Sponsor, Administrator, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for Entries that are altered, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, stolen or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules; technical errors or difficulties, garbled or jumbled transmissions; whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production or technical errors or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor and/or Administrator is not responsible for any change of email address. If any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential Winner is not reachable at email address or phone number provided, that potential Winner will be disqualified, and such prize will be awarded to an alternate potential Winner selected at random from all eligible Entries received. If the Prize is forfeited, it may be awarded, at the Sponsor's discretion, to an alternate potential Winner selected from among all eligible non-winning Entries. All taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, local, sales and income tax) are the Winner's responsibility. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a Prize constitute permission to use each Winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, photographs and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Any depiction of a Prize is for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect actual Prize won. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, no Prize substitutions will be available. Prize is not redeemable for cash. No transfer of Prize to a third party is permitted. All persons, by participating in this Sweepstakes, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator shall be final and binding.

PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize and five (5) First Prizes awarded.
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Guest”) to the Grand Prize Winner’s choice of either (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (the “UO Prize”); or (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, California (the “USH Prize”).

If the UO Prize is chosen by the Grand Prize Winner, the Grand Prize Package has a Fair Market Value (the “FMV”) of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four and 68/100 Dollars ($4,984.68) (actual value may vary depending on departure date and location) and includes:

Round trip, coach (economy) class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests from the major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by UO in its sole discretion) to Orlando, Florida*. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin.
Non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the airport in Orlando, Florida and to/from the hotel and UO*.
Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests in a maximum of one (1) room (quadruple occupancy) at Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort (or another Universal Orlando Resort hotel of UO’s choosing in its sole discretion), for five (5) consecutive days and four (4) nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here.
Universal Orlando 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park, plus one (1) day admission to Universal Epic Universe.

*For a Grand Prize Winner who is a Florida resident and chooses the UO Prize, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by UO in its reasonable discretion.

If the USH Prize is chosen by the Grand Prize Winner, the Grand Prize Package has an FMV of Four Thousand Four Hundred Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($4,410.00) (actual value may vary depending on departure date and location) and includes:

Round trip, coach (economy) class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests from the major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by USH in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California**. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin.
Non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the airport in Los Angeles, California and to/from the hotel and USH**.
Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests in a maximum of one (1) room (quadruple occupancy) at the Sheraton Universal Hotel (or other nearby hotel of USH’s choosing in its sole discretion) for three (3) consecutive days and two (2) nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here.
General Admission tickets for two (2) days for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests to Universal Studios Hollywood theme park.

**For a Grand Prize Winner who is a California resident and chooses the USH Prize, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by USH in its reasonable discretion.

Grand Prize Package trip must be completed by September 1, 2026 or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal and Sponsor approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guest, the Grand Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Grand Prize Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel. Unless child or ward of Grand Prize Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Grand Prize Winner. FMV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of Grand Prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Grand Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Grand Prize Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid travel identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal.

All parts of the prize selected are subject to availability and blackout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, epidemics, pandemics and the spread of infectious diseases, and any related governmental or judicial actions taken in connection with, or as a response to, any force majeure event, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for any prize or portion of the prize that Universal is responsible for, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfilment. Should the prize become unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered.

Grand Prize Providers: Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort and Universal City Studios LLC d/b/a Universal Studios Hollywood are prize providers only in this promotion; are not sponsors of this promotion; and are not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of the entries or the selection of any winner. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando Resort arising out of or relating to any person’s use of, or participation in any portion of the UO Prize involving Universal Orlando Resort shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees. Any disputes, claims and causes of action against Universal Studios Hollywood arising out of or relating to any person’s use of, or participation in the USH Prize involving Universal Studios Hollywood shall be fully and finally adjudicated by binding arbitration to the fullest extent allowed by law (an “Arbitration”) in Los Angeles, California. The Arbitration shall be administered by JAMS in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedure of JAMS (available at https://www.jamsadr.com/rules-streamlined-arbitration/) or subsequent versions thereof, including the optional appeal procedure.

Five (5) First Prizes: Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) Jurassic Park Product Pack and one (1) $100.00 Target Gift Card: Retail Value $200.00 each. Total First Prize Retail Value: $1,000.00.

TOTAL ESTIMATED RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: up to $5,984.68, depending on which Universal Park chosen by Grand Prize Winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

No prize substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot accept the trip, the Grand Prize will be considered forfeited in its entirety, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. A prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: On or about September 24, 2025, in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator, the potential winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received. The decisions of the Administrator shall be final and binding. The potential Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (“Affidavit”) to Administrator within five (5) business days of notification date or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her Prize. Grand Prize Winner’s Guests will also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. Grand Prize Winner will be required to furnish his/her Social Security number to the Administrator and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Grand Winner for the value of the Grand Prize. Ventura Associates International LLC will be handling the 1099 process. At the sole discretion of the Administrator or Sponsor, Prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate Winner may result from any of the following: i) an Affidavit or a Prize notification is returned as undeliverable; ii) the Affidavit is not returned within the date specified on notification; iii) a Winner is otherwise found to be ineligible; iv) Winner cannot or will not accept or receive the Prize for any reason; v) Prize returned undeliverable; and vi) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the Grand Prize will remain unawarded.

DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes and any other time you provide your information to Sponsor, you agree to the collection, processing, storage, and sharing (i.e., by way of example only, with Sponsor’s parent company, its affiliates, and with third-party partners, service providers, prize providers, etc.), of your information (including your personal information or personal data) by Sponsor for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes (i.e., communicate with you, process your submission, etc.) and to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. In addition, your participation in the Sweepstakes by submitting a comment during the Sweepstakes Period will be deemed to signify your consent for your comment(s) to be used on future social media posts and/or advertising material by Sponsor and to otherwise use your comment(s) and make derivative works therefrom without compensation.

RELEASES: Entrants agree to release, defend and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons (including death) and property which may be sustained in connection with either directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the Prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Prize-related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from any Prize-related activity. Sponsor is not responsible if Prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. In the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, pandemics or other matters beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, except where prohibited by law, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Official Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, to select Winners by such method as Sponsor in its sole discretion shall consider equitable.

Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of Prize. Sweepstakes Entities assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the safety or performance of any Prize awarded hereunder nor in connection with any warranty or representation therewith.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Official Rules. The laws of California apply to and govern the Sweepstakes, and any claims (other than those against Universal Orlando) must be raised and resolved in California. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor will award any prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor is not responsible for human errors, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in conjunction with the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage Website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person or persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.
